Passionate and visionary Mom of two, leveraging over 20 years of healthcare industry experience and a Master's in Mental Health to make a difference in the lives of others. As an internationally certified health coach, I am on a mission to empower and make a lasting impact by helping individuals achieve holistic well-being and unlock their full potential.
Dr. Sarah Spradlin
Corporate Psychologist, Co-Founder
Dr. Sarah Spradlin is a Marine Corps veteran, mother of four, and Industrial Organizational Psychologist. After nearly 10 years as an active-duty Marine, she transitioned off active duty to serve as the first female Principal Staff Director at U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command, MRTC and currently serves as the CEO of Vitruvian Advantage Consulting. She is dedicated to the study and application of emotional intelligence (EI) as it relates to cognitive neuroscience, transformational leadership &organizational resilience. Sarah is a published author and member of a myriad of professional organizations including the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), International Society of Emotional Intelligence (SoEI), and the Emotional Intelligence Training and Research Institute (EITRI). She is a certified expert in micro-expressions, holds a certificate in Management & Leadership from MIT’s Sloan School of Management; a Doctor of Business Administration(DBA) specializing in Industrial Organizational Psychology; MA in Criminal Justice specializing in Narcotics Investigations; and a BS in Psychology and Leadership from Virginia Tech. She resides in the Greater Tampa Bay area.

As a female athlete, I have firsthand experience of the anxiety, conflicts, and challenges that myself and my peers face. With MindFuel Athletics, my aim is to provide improved content, support, and resources tailored to meet the needs of female athletes like myself. My mission is to foster a team approach that offers a supportive environment, ensuring athletes can support one another and find solace in the knowledge that they are not alone. I am dedicated to empowering female athletes and transforming the landscape of women's sports. By amplifying their voices, addressing their specific needs, and fostering a supportive community, we aim to inspire a new generation of confident, resilient, and successful athletes. Together, we can overcome the obstacles that come our way and thrive in the pursuit of our athletic dreams.
Dr. Tracey Thomas, ND, FABNO, CNS

Dr. Tracey Thomas, a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Nutrition Specialist, brings over 20 years of experience in patient care and a strong background in integrative medicine. Dr. Thomas's expertise lies in integrative oncology where she offers evidence-based natural medicine protocols to support those with a diagnosis of cancer, through treatment, and during survivorship. Dr Thomas’s passion focuses on using food as medicine through personalized nutrition plans, and developing individualized protocols supporting the foundations of our health with the goal to improve performance and overall well-being. Growing up in Europe, Dr Thomas discovered her love for athletics and ultimately became a competitive soccer and basketball player. As a former athlete she knows what it takes to compete, and is dedicated to helping young, female athletes navigate the complexities of nutrition, mental wellness, social health, and nutritional supplements to improve sports performance.
Sara Price, BSN, RN

Sara spent the majority of her 19 year nursing career as a Neonatal ICU nurse where the approach focused on clinical interventions to support a baby’s health and development. It was through her own physical challenges that Sara began to understand that healing and wellbeing extends beyond the physical. Our emotional and spiritual wellbeing are equally important to living in our fullest potential, both on the field and off. Sara joined MindFuel Athletics to remind and empower female athletes to connect to their power, resilience, and authentic self.
